Can I have it mailed to me instead?
Yes. Choose the keepsake option and it comes to you with a paper envelope, so you can add a hand-written note and give it in person — or post it on yourself. Same price.
What is the QR code on the back?
It opens the digital version of your card — every photo at full quality, ready to download, plus your voice message, and the video if you added one with a Card Pack. The paper card is the keepsake; the QR is the door to everything paper cannot hold. Cards with a printed copy are pinned, so that link keeps working.
Do my photos get printed on the card?
No. The printed card carries the card art and your personal message. Your photos live behind the QR code on the back, at full quality — which is the point: you are never limited to the one image that would fit on paper.
How long does delivery take?
Cards are dispatched the next business day. Delivery is roughly 2–7 days in the US and 3–9 days in Canada; further afield it takes longer. We never promise an exact arrival date — post is post.
Which countries can you mail to?
Worldwide, at the same price. Prices are in US dollars; your card issuer converts to your currency.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Anyone can order a printed card — you only need an account so the order can be tied to your card. After any Card Pack purchase, your first printed card is $4.99.
Can I order more than one?
Single cards are available now. Multi-card packs are coming for the holidays — there is a notify-me option in the order window if you want telling when they land.
