Downloading Individual Photos

Open the card and watch the photos fall out.

The first photo appears full-screen in a gallery view. Use the arrow buttons (or swipe on mobile) to browse all photos.

Tap the Download button (downward arrow icon) in the bottom action bar to save the current photo at full original quality.

A green checkmark briefly confirms the download succeeded.

To print directly, tap the Print button (printer icon) next to the download button.

When finished, tap the Done button (green checkmark) or the X to close the gallery.

Photos appear as a thumbnail stack on the right side of the card. Tap the stack anytime to reopen the gallery.

Downloading the Entire Card

After viewing the card and photos, find the Download Card button.

Click Download Card.

The system generates a self-contained HTML file (this may take a few seconds for cards with many photos).

The file downloads with a name like ecard-from-sarah-to-mom.html.

Open the file anytime in any browser — no internet needed.

The downloaded file contains everything: design, message, all photos at full quality, voice and video messages, letter inserts, and animations. It's a complete, permanent keepsake.

Tip: Encourage your recipient to download the card before it expires so they can keep it forever.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are photos compressed when downloaded?
No. Photos download at the exact same quality they were uploaded — no compression, no downsizing. You can print them at any size.
Does the downloaded card need internet?
No. The downloaded HTML file is completely self-contained. It includes all photos, messages, voice recordings, videos, and animations. Open it in any browser, anytime, offline.
What happens when a card expires?
Free cards expire after 7 days, Premium after 90 days. The online link stops working, but any downloaded copies continue to work forever.
Are there download limits?
Free cards allow 100 total downloads, Premium allows 500. Per person: 5 downloads/hour (Free) or 10/hour (Premium), and 20 lifetime downloads per person per card (Free) or 50 (Premium).
What if View Only mode is enabled?
If the card creator enabled View Only protection, the download and print buttons won't appear. You can still view all photos in the browser.
