7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days
No questions asked. If your subscription isn't right for you, just let us know.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time Premium or Business subscribers only
- Requests made within 7 days of the initial charge
Both Premium and Business plans are billed immediately upon subscription. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and Refund are different:
Cancellation
Stops future billing. You keep Premium or Business access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund
Returns money for a charge. Premium access may be revoked immediately upon refund.
To cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, go to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription."
Business Subscription: Branding After Cancellation
If you cancel or receive a refund for a Business subscription, please note that cards you have already created and sent will continue to display the business branding (logo and contact information) that was embedded at creation time. This branding cannot be retroactively removed from cards that have already been shared or downloaded. New cards created after cancellation will not include business branding.

Subscription Pricing Changes
Premium is available at $39.99/year. Business is available at $9.99/month or $7.99/month billed yearly ($95.88/year). If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the price change takes effect to avoid being charged the new rate.
