What are Protected Cards?
Protected Cards are private photo cards with security features like PIN protection, email verification, and view-once mode. Only authorized recipients can view your card.
How does PIN protection work?
You set a 4-8 digit PIN when creating the card. Recipients must enter the correct PIN to view. After 5 failed attempts, the card temporarily locks for 30 minutes.
What is email verification?
You specify which email addresses can view the card. Recipients must sign in with a matching email to access it. Perfect for ensuring only the intended recipient sees your card.
What does view-once mode do?
With view-once enabled, the card automatically locks after the recipient views it once. You control whether they can view again by unlocking from your dashboard.
Can I track who viewed my card?
Yes! Protected Cards include an access log showing every view attempt, download, and PIN entry. See exactly when your card was accessed.
What if I need to let them view again?
You can unlock any protected card from your dashboard. This grants exactly one more view, then the card locks again automatically.
Is this feature included in Premium?

What is Sealed Card (end-to-end encryption)?
Sealed Card encrypts your entire card — photos, messages, voice, and video — on your device before upload using AES-256-GCM, the same standard used by banks and Signal. The decryption key is embedded in the share link and never sent to our servers. Your card is unreadable without the unique key in your link. This is a Premium feature and the first true E2E encryption offered by any eCard service.
