How much do Card Packs cost?
Card Packs are a one-time purchase with no subscription: 1 card $1.99, 3 cards $3.99, or 10 cards $9.99. Each pack card unlocks 15 photos, video messages, scheduled delivery, card protection, handwriting, a digital envelope your recipient opens, the Curated Art Collection, and availability for the life of your account. Curated greeting presets are free on every card, pack or not. For businesses, the Business plan is $7.99/month billed annually ($95.88/year) or $9.99/month billed monthly.
Do Card Packs auto-renew or expire?
No. A Card Pack is a one-time purchase — nothing auto-renews and there is no subscription to cancel. Unused pack cards stay on your account until you use them.
Is there a subscription?
No. Card Packs are one-time purchases — no subscription, no recurring charges, no contracts. Pay once and use your pack cards whenever you like.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. Your payment info is never stored on our servers.
What are Signature video cards?
Signature cards are premium card designs that include a background video. When opened, the card plays a beautiful video while photos fall out — creating an unforgettable experience.
What's the difference between a Card Pack and Business?
Business includes everything a Card Pack unlocks plus: company logo on cards, business contact info display, view count tracking, 3GB storage, 365-day card availability, and 1,500 downloads per card.
Do I need to pay to view cards someone sends me?
No purchase, ever — Card Packs are only for creating cards. Recipients do not need an account either, with one exception you choose: a card locked to a named email address asks that person to sign in with it (src/pages/View.jsx:577). A PIN does not.
