Step-by-Step Guide

Scheduling happens on the Review step -- the final step before creating your card. First, complete the usual flow: choose a template, add photos, and write your message.

Find the Schedule section

On the Review step, look for Schedule Delivery. Toggle it on.

Pick a date and time

Select when you want the card delivered. Must be at least 1 hour from now, up to 90 days.

Enter the recipient's email

They'll receive an email notification with a link to the card at the scheduled time.

Create the card

Click Create Card. It's saved with a "Scheduled" status and delivered automatically at the chosen time.

Note: Both "To" and "From" names must be filled in before scheduling can be enabled. If they're missing, you'll be prompted to go back and fill them in.
