Free Birthday Photo eCards

Yes — scheduled delivery is unlocked with any Card Pack, so you can send a card at a specific date and time, down to the minute. This is perfect for midnight birthday surprises or timing the card to arrive right when the party starts. You set it up in advance and the card is automatically sent at your chosen time. The recipient gets the link via your preferred sharing method exactly when you want. A Card Pack is a one-time purchase (from $1.99, no subscription), and scheduling is one of its most popular perks for birthday cards.

Free birthday cards support up to 3 photos at 8 MB each — enough for a few great shots. If you want to create a full birthday photo album experience, a Card Pack unlocks up to 15 photos per card. That's enough for group photos, candid moments, cake cutting, and all the highlights. Every photo is stored at the size you uploaded it, up to 8 MB, so the birthday person can download and print any of them.

Absolutely. You can write a personal birthday message of any length that appears when they open the card, right alongside your photos. The message area supports free-form text, so you can write a heartfelt note, a funny memory, or even a poem. You can also add a voice recording free of charge, and a Card Pack unlocks a video message for an extra personal touch. Your message becomes part of the keepsake — if they download the card, your words are preserved forever.

Yes, completely free — no hidden fees, no credit card required. You can choose this birthday design, upload your photos, write a personal message, record a voice message, and share the card, all at no cost. Free birthday cards include up to 3 photos, a voice message, 60 days of availability, and full-quality photo downloads for the recipient. If you want extras like scheduled delivery, video messages, or up to 15 photos, a one-time Card Pack unlocks them (from $1.99, no subscription) — but the free version is a complete, beautiful birthday card.
